Saturday morning, 10 am, and this place is out of plain or wheat bagels! And act astounded that we would want that. Rude service. Won't ever go back.

I frequent several Einstein's locations around Winter Park and Maitland, and this one is by far the best. The employees are quick and efficient during the busy morning rush, and take the time to learn the names of their regular customers. The coffee is fresh and the bagels are generally tasty. My only (small) gripe is the inconsistency of the toaster. Sometimes a single run through produces a perfect bagel, but others it takes another go-around. All in all, it's a good place to grab a quick breakfast.

I was here yesterday morning to grab something for breakfast. I hadn't been to it in a while; I used to live in College Park and, whenever I had a craving for this place, I opted to go to the location on Edgewater Dr. in College Park. This location in Winter Park is really good, though. Never had a bad experience here, and the food always has been great. The Spicy Elmo breakfast wrap I had here yesterday was delicious. I recommend checking it out, though be prepared for a little "kick" - as its name suggests, it sure is spicy! It has peppers and Swiss cheese and a spicy sauce which seems to have a southwestern-style flavor. I've had this item at other Einstein locations and it's been great at all of the ones at which I've ordered it. The customer service always is good here, and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. From what I recall of other Einstein locations in the area, this one appears to be more spacious - the one in College Park seems to be a little smaller.

Went in for my 88 year old grandfather to get him a coffee.and bagel. Asked cashier if they gave a discount for senors? She asked if I was a senor. I was like not but this is for my grandfather that is in the van and pointed. She acted like that was a problem and made a not so nice face. Not the best experience. It was not like I was asking for $1000. Just for a senor discount..

Came here to study with some friends for finals. Parking was sufficient and the staff was friendly. Free Wi-fi was in working order and there were plenty of clean tables to sit at. I ended up going for the Lox Bagel (something I've always wanted to try). It was delicious! Capers, onions, cream cheese and cured salmon all on a bagel! The only complaint was my friends said the ladies restroom was a MESS! Let's hope they've gotten their act together with that because this location is prime to pick up food on the way to work or to casually dine and have breakfast/lunch.

I've been to numerous Einstein Bros Bagel places all over the country and as any chain is, they are all the same. The food is good, whats to be expected for a bagel place but I'd have to say I've received better service at other locations which is what lead me to give a 3 star rating. I'd go again, it wasn't enough to deter me but if this was my first experience with Einstein overall I can't say I'd be as forgiving.

Einstein Bros in my opinion is overpriced or what it offers. The variety of bagels and sandwiches offered is nice. The beverage menu is huge and takes you about five minutes to decide what to drink. I had the turkey club panini, which was very good. The chai latte was also very good. My husband had the chicken Cuban which is said was average...could use more things. Was sort of bland. The strawberry banana smoothie is tasty and well made.

For this particular chain, this one is my favorite. They keep the bagels well stocked and they are fresh. I'm also a fan of their muffins. If I'm eating in, I generally go with the bagel dog; I absolutely love them! Then there are times I pop by and grab a bag of bagels to take home. I love the employees at this location. They are all friendly and they never make me feel rushed while I'm trying to make my selections. I also like the fact they never seem to mind offering suggestions if I ask, unlike some of the other locations where the employees seem like it's such a horrible chore to answer a simple question, let alone make a suggestion. During the peak times, they really work fast to keep the line moving and they still manage to make you feel important as a customer. Nice work! Good food! No complaints!

Really nice for breakfast. Had a bacon & cheddar bagel sandwich and a latte. Sandwich was FREE because of signing up for email and they send you a coupon for your birthday ! The girl taking my order was a little grumpy but thats because there wasn't enough help behind the counter. She was taking orders, running the register and working the espresso bar. Way to much for one person at 8am!!! Einsteins always has the best bagels.

Awesome coffee, good bagels and super friendly staff. I'm not perky in the mornings but these guys put a smile on my face!

This review is based on other Einstein locations in other cities, not restaurants in general. As such - solid location, accurate (but not perfect) service, hot coffee (seriously important), friendly staff. Choice of different seating, including some high bar stool type chairs that I prefer sometimes - as well as covered outdoor seating. If they could add a second ordering station they could avoid the bottleneck there when it's busy. So don't run in, expecting to run out 30 seconds later. Otherwise...enjoy!

I've been here twice and each time found a hair in my cream cheese. Will not be giving it a third chance.

This location is somehow at least 200% more expedient than the Colonial one, despite that it always has a much longer line. If you're torn between which location to visit - THIS ONE. Other than that tidbit, I can only say it is your standard Einsteins, bagels are always fresh, coffee is always hot and my service has always been accurate. Well, except for the one time they inadvertently doubled up my order, but it's impossible to complain about that :)

I've been to this location lots of times over the years especially since it's on my way to work. I usually stop in, order to go and am on my merry way! Parking can be a bit difficult since the lot fills up fast . If I know I'm headed here I try to leave my house a few minutes earlier to beat the crowds and get a parking spot. I usually order the bagel sandwich with turkey sausage, egg and cheese. They also have tons of bagel choices and your choice of several smears. They will "smear" onto your bagel for you and toast if you prefer! You order at the register as you walk I'm and then pay at the register at the end when you pick up. It's a quick and simple process. The employees are friendly also. Also, sign up for their emails to get coupons sent to you. I also always find their coupons in the flyers we get in the mail.
